The city says the number of COVID-19 cases is tripling each day in a half-dozen neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Queens. Health officials been trying to increase the number of tests in these areas and have been handing out masks and flyers and making robocalls. But they say if there isn't progress by Tuesday, they will impose strict lockdown-like measures in specific zipcodes. Here to discuss the situation are WNYC'S Fred Mogul and Gothamist's Liz Kim.
