Begins with a war news report: Chinese high command announce 30,000 Japanese were killed. Japanese reign of terror against white residents of Manila. Navy denies Japanese claims that destroyers, submarines and air craft carrier were trapped in Manila Bay. Japanese bombers blast Manila Bay; four planes were shot down by anti-aircraft forces.
