Summer Cooking, Serve Cauliflower Raw or Cooked

Fresh cauliflower is grown in abundance in Long Island and Bennett encourages listeners to write in to the show to obtain a "Clever Cauliflower Cookery" booklet from the Long Island Cauliflower Association.
