The NYPD’s widespread use of stop and frisk under former Mayor Mike Bloomberg is getting a lot of attention now that he's running for president. But even though stops are way down from their peak in 2011, New York City has yet to close the chapter on Bloomberg era stops. The NYPD has been working for years under a federal monitor to reform its stop and frisk practices. WNYC’s Yasmeen Khan reports, that work is still far from over.
