The Captains Endowment Association is calling for an end to CompStat, the NYPD's method for tracking crime and holding precinct leaders accountable for it. The union also wants more instructions and clarity on how exactly officers should reduce street crime following a series of police reforms and changes to the department. WNYC's Yasmeen Khan reports.
