Chowder season is coming soon and can be made with cod or haddock, which are great values, clams are also available. Mrs. Gannon speaks about the value of white fish.


Vegetable plate is also a great option for meatless Tuesdays. Cauliflower, snap beans, cabbage and spinach are good values. Prunes and pears and Canadian and Michigan grapes are good values.
