In this week's look ahead: New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio promised high school acceptance notices would start going out Monday. (Follow our reporter Jessica Gould for updates.) This week there will be a couple of town halls on congestion pricing—one Tuesday night at John Jay College in Manhattan and two on Thursday night—one at Martin Van Buren High School in Queens and another in Manhattan at Cooper Union.
