Congestion pricing took a key step to becoming a reality for New Yorkers and area drivers this week, when the MTA board signed off on a plan to toll drivers $15 to enter Manhattan below 60th Street during the day.

The agency NOW undertakes a 60-day review, while opponents continue to try and hold up the program with lawsuits. WNYC's transit reporter, Stephen Nessen joins Weekend Edition host David Furst with the latest.
