Lisa Prevost, a writer for The New York Times who covers housing and real estate development, joins us to discuss her recent article explaining this trend titled, “Rent v. Buy: Suburban Edition.”

Sara Fishko, executive producer and host of WNYC’s Fishko Files, joins us to unpack the latest episode of The United States of Anxiety titled, “The 'Indoor Man' and His Playmates.”  Fishko, the episode’s host and producer, traces the roots of how women came to be seen as objects that were for the taking and, specifically, how Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Magazine, played a central role in shaping that narrative.
