Do millennials talk about mental illness differently than their parents?
In an age where over-sharing is the norm, especially online, the Only Human team wanted to know whether younger and older generations disagree on what’s the “right” way to talk about personal mental health issues.
Only Human reporters Kenny Malone and Amanda Aronczyk speak with Dr. Ali Mattu, a licensed clinical psychologist at the Columbia University Clinic for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CUCARD).
Dr. Mattu is also the host of "The Psych Show" on YouTube and blogs at Brain Knows Better.
