Positioned adjacent to a little league field and abutting the community swimming pool, this field of bounty represents so much of my children's summer. Getting to leave the City and experience this Utopia allows them to develop a well-rounded sense of, what we hope as parents, well being.

This was taken on the D&R Canal trail in August of 2014.

This photo was taken in Fall 2014 on Manhattan Avenue and Box Street to document old Greenpoint while new Greenpoint, 1133 Manhattan Avenue, rises directly across the street. I'm a 25-year resident of this neighborhood and have taken thousand of street photos over the years. This "all-over" composition is like a Jackson Pollock painting.

Taken at Fordham University's Louis Calder Center (Armonk, NY) in July. Some caterpillar had chewed a perfect circle in this leaf. I don't know what kind of plant, but I can find out if needed :-)

I took this photo at Socrates sculpture park in Long Island city. This cicada had just emerged from the shell it stands on.

I was hired to document the progress of the World Trade Center last year, by one of the general contractors on the site. Here is a view from the 104th floor of WTC 1 looking east.

The Climate Change march passing Port Authority, maybe a significant contributor to the issue at hand.

This photo was taken the night of painter and Williamsburg denizen Ray Abeyta's memorial. Litterally hundreds of friends, fans and a mariachi band gathered to parade through Williamsburg and Greenpoint to honor Ray, hitting many of his favorite places along the way - Black Bear, Five Leaves, No Name Bar, and finally Union Pool (which he helped create years ago).
This is Ray's 1950's pickup draped with flowers outside of Union Pool.

Sunset in Southern Idaho. Taken in June 2014 at the Bruneau Dunes State Park. I grew up in Idaho and try to go back at least every couple of years. This photo helps explain why.

I was in the middle of reading the book "The Warmth of other Sons, the story of the Great Migration" by Isabel Wilkerson and I snapped this photo in deep curiosity for what this woman must have lived through in her life. This picture says sooo much to me!

The fountain over looking the Empire Hotel at Lincoln Center Plaza after work around 1am. My favorite time to observe the plaza is late in the night when it is abandoned and glowing.

This is the view from our new residence in downtown Brooklyn looking towards Manhattan.
You're welcome!

My 7 years old daughter took this photo, while I was in the Baber shop. Her older brother was getting a haircut.
