I am more aware of the "sleep" interruptions, and I am attempting to remove some of them that are in my control to do so.
What did you learn about your sleep patterns once you started tracking them? :
I struggle with getting up @ 5:15; the mere fact that I wait for 15 minutes after the alarm goes off is my supporting evidence.

Became more aware of sleep patern and reopen conversation about sleep with my teens

I wake up at night even without disturbance go to sleep too late

some nights I sleep good and other nights I don't. I can't really pick up too much of a pattern. But it does seem if I have something on my mind, I don't sleep as well

If I can't fall asleep after 1 hour then I read until I feel tired.

How your sleep has changed :
I want to get more solid sleep, and pay closer attention to caffeine, exercise, and going to bed early enough to get 8 hours. I started using my earplugs more, which I know I shouldn't because of ringing in the ears in the past (and recently happened again briefly). I am stressed on some level when I don't get more sleep since I have to record it.
What did you learn about your sleep patterns once you started tracking them? :
I actually sleep OK though I always wake up once to go to the bathroom. My husband's snoring, while not bad, does disrupt my sleep.
Have you tried to change any of your behavior as a result of this study? :
I try to get to bed earlier. I try to exercise as much as I said I do per week :-)

I assumed I was sleeping on average 4-5 hours a night, and this is correct according to the data.

No, I have always been a poor sleeper.

I am more aware of my sleep time. It is not changing how I sleep although I am more conscious of when I am drinking caffeine.

Sleep less than most.

Can't. I'm in a PhD program that prevents my regular need for sleep.
