I am more aware of the "sleep" interruptions, and I am attempting to remove some of them that are in my control to do so.

:

I struggle with getting up @ 5:15; the mere fact that I wait for 15 minutes after the alarm goes off is my supporting evidence.

I want to get more solid sleep, and pay closer attention to caffeine, exercise, and going to bed early enough to get 8 hours. I started using my earplugs more, which I know I shouldn't because of ringing in the ears in the past (and recently happened again briefly). I am stressed on some level when I don't get more sleep since I have to record it.

:

I actually sleep OK though I always wake up once to go to the bathroom. My husband's snoring, while not bad, does disrupt my sleep.

:

I try to get to bed earlier. I try to exercise as much as I said I do per week :-)
