What did you learn about your sleep patterns once you started tracking them? :
My time in bed was not my total sleep. (I'm using the UP band)
Have you tried to change any of your behavior as a result of this study? :
I've average about 7 hours so unless I stay in bed longer I won't gain anything.

I need more sleep. I was going to bed very late and getting 6-7 hours of sleep or less.
Have you tried to change any of your behavior as a result of this study? :
Yes I go to bed earlier and stopped late night snacking.

I am having more trouble sleeping but it has nothing to do with the survey.

My sleep patterns are not radically different from the norm.

Yes, not eating anything several hours prior to sleep time.

that i'm a night owl, no matter how hard i try to turn in earlier. i don't worry about it if i can compensate a bit more in the morning.

trying to get to bed earlier, but it's hard!

I get less sleep than I thought.

I decided to turn off my alarm clock (in spite of all of the experts who say to get up at the same time every day) for a week or so to see when I "naturally" wake up and whether allowing that results in more or better sleep.

Sadly, not much -- I was already too well aware that I don't make it to bed "on time" most nights

How your sleep has changed :
I'm now aware of what I'm doing that prevents me from getting rest when I sleep (Caffeine & eating too late) &my sleep has been more restful.
What did you learn about your sleep patterns once you started tracking them? :
I thought I was getting 8 hours of sleep because I try to get to bed by 10:30 & rise by 6:45. After clocking my sleep I discovered I'm really going to sleep much later than I thought & only averaging 6.6 hrs of sleep per night.
Have you tried to change any of your behavior as a result of this study? :
Yes, I've switched to herbal teas in the evening instead of coffee & black/green tea & I'm eating dinner earlier.
