Yes, I go to bed a little earlier and try to go to bed the same time on weekend nights.

Outside factors effect the time I go to bed. Special travel this week end and work schedule on Monday, meeting on Tueday PM
Have you tried to change any of your behavior as a result of this study? :
Succeed in NO Screens on Friday and Saturday. Didn't get home until 11PM on Sunday - needed to check email for status of great-grandson.

I can remember my dreams. They have always been very vivid, like a movie.
Have you tried to change any of your behavior as a result of this study? :
Yes. I do try really hard to go to bed at the same time, but I have been failing miserably. I usually try to go to bed by 10pm, but I have a lot going on with my teenager ( college search, SAT Prep..I need an intern!!) but I still get a good deal of sleep and I sleep soundly..like the burglar could kiss me goodbye, and I would stay asleep.

sleep efficiency is decreasing !!

staying up later to sleep through. I get by with 7 hours of sleep.

Last night was my first day in the study. Usually I am sitting in front of the computer or iPad until 1:30 a.m. Last night I turned off the iPad at 11:00 p.m., I was, though, back and forth on the computer a few times, so it wasn't off for an hour before bedtime.

I'm more conscious of prioritizing evening errands in effort to get more rest, especially on the weekdays.

I need more than six hours to feel rested and effective at work.

I can appreciate that the number of nights that I sleep well out number those that I do not.

How tied I've been to my technology habit!
Have you tried to change any of your behavior as a result of this study? :
I wind up online earlier in the evening and then disconnect earlier. I use morning at work to catch up on the email I used to check before sleeping. Nothing changes except my pre-sleep plans on how to handle the issue.

How your sleep has changed :
I am very conscious when I am not getting sleep, and have been going to bed for sure before 1:00. the intention is - lights out by 11:30.
What did you learn about your sleep patterns once you started tracking them? :
When I worry at night, I do not sleep at all. I tend to stop tracking and get less sleep on the weekend Thursday - Sunday (4-6 hours). I do better Mondays -Thursday.
Have you tried to change any of your behavior as a result of this study? :
I think about it, and am aware of it, sometimes say I will, but actual follow through doesn't happen. I am very happy to be on a team, I think this will help.
