How your sleep has changed:

My wife can't sleep with the TV off. I can't sleep with it on. So, I moved to another room. Now she's feeling insulted, but I'm feeling much more rested.

What did you learn about your sleep patterns once you started tracking them?:

I'm not so different than a lot of other people.

Have you tried to change any of your behavior as a result of this study?:
