Yes, in another way

:

I am more aware of the time I am going to sleep and the time I am waking up.
I am also more aware of how long it takes me to fall asleep and how long I stay awake if happen to become awake during the night.

I can't go to bed too early, my body has a set time for sleep so I would just lie there.
It help me to watch mindless tv until drowsiness occurs. This blocks my mind from turning to stressful thoughts.

I am now more relaxed about sleep issues, less stressed, which should result in more sleep.
