I basically learned that aside from a congenital problem with my sleep patterns, I maintain bad habits, such as watching TV in bed, maintaining inconsistent bed time habits etc which exacerbate the problem.

I've tried to get out of bed a little earlier in the hope that I'll be more inclined to go to bad earlier. Not working so far.
