I'm much more aware of the actual hours I have slept.

It's good as I see I'm getting more sleep than most, but I don't like actually knowing. As I have learned from a Harvard Health Newsletter, it's best to not look at the clock - EVER, when it's bedtime.

I'm lucky in that I sleep better than many people. However, I take sleep aids!!

Not yet. Would like to get off Ambien (or generic equivalent).
