I am going to bed a bit earlier (by 10 or 10:15) as many nights as possible because I see that even though I may be in bed for 7 or 8 hours, I'm often getting 4.5-5.5 hours of sleep. I have observed that I have very interrupted sleep later in the night/early the next morning so going to bed earlier has allowed me to ensure I get extra sleep in the early part of the night (when I naturally sleep better).
