I learned they sucked! The first week of tracking them my average was 3 hours. I knew I was sleeping little but not THAT little.

Absolutely. My goal is to get at least 6 hours of sleep and I am feeling a lot better now, and being more productive. I am VERY glad the app is out and that I am using it!
