I've noticed I don't wake up as much in the middle of the night, but I'm not sure if that's related to keeping track of my sleep.

Generally more regular than I thought. And once when I had coffee late in the day, I woke up more at night I thought coffee didn't keep me awake, but I've also started cutting down, so...

:

I'm going to try coffee in the evening again and see what happens. If I don't sleep well again, I'll know to avoid late day coffee.
