It is as all over the place as I suspected. As the week progresses, my sleep gets worse until I force a sleep-in day. When there is steady exercise and when sleep can be steadily 7 or more hours, I feel much better (that was week 1- sadly sleep deteriorated to unsteady and inconsistent hours after that.)

Yes- trying to get out of bed quicker in the morning and not press snooze.

I have tried to stay up later so I sleep all the way through the night. Not sure that is helping the overall tiredness!
