Yes, in another way

I am more conscious of my hours-also I go in very early and instead of lunch I take a mid-morning nap. Your survey only allowed for afternoon naps-which I never do-so I am actually getting 45 minutes more of sleep than is registered. I also sleep more on weekends.

I was surprised that my sleep efficiency is consistently above 95%
