•Wild fluctuations in amounts of sleep I'm getting;
•I tend to sleep the least in the early part of the week--Sunday nights and Monday nights especially--and sleep the most towards the middle of the week, to make up for lost sleep I wonder...
•I am at my best physically and emotionally when I sleep at least 8 hours.
•Less than 5 hours and I'm cranky and agitated the next day
•eating late, too much wine, anxiety, not enough water---these are the main factors affecting my sleep
