At the very least, I'm a little more conscious now of what time I'm going to bed at night (and how long it takes me to drag myself out of bed in the morning.)

I haven't noticed any connection between my sleep patterns and my caffeine intake/exercise. I think if I'm awake at night, tossing and turning, it's because of something else - usually stress or anxiety.

I'm not sure - probably I've scaled back my caffeine intake a little bit, but that's probably for general health reasons.
