Yes, in another way

:

More of an attempt to go to bed at the same time every night, to get adequate sleep.

:

Awareness:
1) I get one hour less sleep than I thought.
2) I have increased awareness that I would like to make the time I want to go to bed sacred. (Note: I have not yet committed to the time as sacred, but just have awareness that I would like to get there).
3) it usually takes me zero minutes to fall asleep, which makes me think I should go to bed earlier

Trying to go to sleep at the same time everyday to get adequate sleep. Also, seeing a stronger awareness during the day that sleep depravation affects so many things in my day: attitude, capability, mood, confidence/can do attitude. This is totally amazing that there is this correlation!!!
