Yes, I'm getting more sleep

That stress, working too late, and going to bed too late all may delay or disrupt my sleep.

I must add that even though I've been tracking for five weeks, I was very sick during the first week, which made me sleep worse than normal. Shortly after that, I had Spring Break, during which I slept better than normal. So I've only had about two and a half weeks to really judge.

I have tried to get to bed earlier and also to allow my mind to calm down more in preparation for sleeping. It's been very good to have a concrete way to see what's going on, and over time.
