How long have you been participating in the Clock Your Sleep project?:

2-3 weeks

Has your sleep changed since you started tracking it?:

No

What did you learn about your sleep patterns once you started tracking them?:

I've been waking up a little earlier each day, except for rainy days. I'm guessing this has to do with the sun coming up earlier and earlier each day. It will be interesting to see how this changes in the fall.

Have you tried to change any of your behavior as a result of this study?:

I've been trying to go to bed at the same time each night.
