I am a Medical Reserve Corps Member…went to a FDNY drill at the 9/11 memorial at 4am one Sunday…while waiting to re-enter the museum at dawn I took a photos…this is one of them.
1st time at Ground Zero since 2001. Had a heavy heart. A loved one is sick from inhaling debris.
My hands shook the entire time I was there.
