WQXR host Terrance McKnight welcomes music lovers 40 and under to a New York Philharmonic concert and a private pre-performance reception.
Our fourth annual citywide talent quest hits the Bronx. See live performances by up-and-coming musical acts, then vote for who you think should represent the borough in our Ultimate Battle. Hosted by WQXR's Terrance McKnight. Watch on-demand video of the concert and check out which acts made it on to the finals.
Join Radiolab host Jad Abumrad and Radiolab producers, members of Hack Manhattan, and fellow Radiolab fans and New Yorkers for an adults-only night of building sensors. First beer is free! Event is free but reservations are required.
Attendees will build "cicada sensors" that can detect, based on the soil temperature, the time of the emergence of the Cicadas.
