In The Headlines: Latino New Yorkers 1980 - 2001

WNYC is a media partner of "In The Headlines: Latino New Yorkers 1980-2001". Four exhibitions at satellite locations throughout the city, documenting the cultural, economic, social and political growth of the Hispanic Community in New York City from 1980 to September 11, 2001.
The exhibitions include a series of images, front pages and news articles from "El Diario/La Prensa". Presented in celebration of El Diario's 100th anniversary.
