233 West Market Street New Jersey, NJWNYC and New Jersey Public Radio are media sponsors for the Affordable Care Act Open Enrollment Fair. Open to all. Sunday, February 8 from noon till 5 PM at the New Community Corporation in Newark.
The following information is needed to enroll:
- Home or mailing address
- Social security number
- Green card
- Proof of residency
- Last 4 pay stubs, W2 forms or wage adn tax statements
- Proof of income from employer
- Policy numbers from current health plands for you and/or family members
