I am Maire Mendoza and I was born in San Jose, a small town in Mexico. I am 17-years-old and have been in NYC since I was 3. What interests me is astronomy and god. I spend my time at home. I am kind of old-school, that’s how my parents raised me. My plans for the future are to go to college, be independent and work hard for what I want and more.

I live in Spanish Harlem “El barrio.” I like it but not the gangs and gun shooting and the noisiness.

Interesting Fact: I am a person who is always grateful for what I have and am spiritual. I want to practice yoga.
