Porters, maintenance men, garbage attendants and groundskeepers at Co-op City will be back on the job Wednesday morning, despite not having a new union contract. The workers' union, Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Local 32BJ, says it will resume talks in a day or two with Co-op City's management company, RiverBay Corporation.
