Moon Unit Zappa on Her Father's Music and Public Persona

The Leonard Lopate Show | Jun 20, 2016

Veteran filmmaker Thorsten Schütte talks about his new documentary “Eat that Question: Frank Zappa in His Own Words,” along with Zappa’s daughter, Moon Unit Zappa, about the life and work of Frank Zappa. Schütte used rare archival footage from every facet of Zappa’s life, including his testimony in 1985 at a US Senate hearing, attacking the Parents Music Resource Center which sought warning labels for “offensive” music.

"Eat that Question" opens Friday, June 24th at Film Forum (209 W. Houston Street).
