
Spinning On Earth - An Earth Day Special on Climate Change with Patti Smith, Pathway to Paris, and More

Recorded live in The Greene Space on April 8th, this event was coordinated by Pathway to Paris for Spinning On Air in celebration of springtime, Earth Day, Poetry Month, and climate change awareness. David Garland presents highlights from the event, including performances and conversations with singer-songwriter and poet Patti Smith; poet Anne Waldman; executive director of 350.org May Boeve; singer-songwriter Larkin Grimm; and composer Jesse Paris Smith and cellist Rebecca Foon, the co-founders of Pathway to Paris, an organization connecting artists and activists in advance of the United Nations Climate Change Conference to be held in Paris, France, December, 2015.
