This photo symbolizes parenthood, the chaos and the gratitude that a crazy situation still worked out fine. One of our three year old twins swallowed a penny a few hours before my mom was to arrive from overseas. We somehow managed an emergency room visit before going to the airport. It seems that this is going to be business as usual for the next few years :)
