New York Dance Parade

WNYC is a media sponsor of the Dance Parade and DanceFest.
The parade features 70 styles of dance, more than 200 dance organizations, and over 10 thousand dancers in a parade down the streets of New York City. Following the parade, dancers and audience alike will participate in free classes, performance and a party.
The parade will start at 21st Street and Broadway, and wind its way down Broadway, University Place and St. Marks Place, ending in Tompkins Square Park. The Festival takes place in Tompkins Square Park.
