As Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President, Dana Teplitsky oversees the human resources strategy and programs for New York Public Radio. In this role she leads a team responsible for recruiting, compensation, benefits, engagement and retention, diversity and inclusion, training and employee relations.
As Chief Human Resources Officer and Vice President, Dana Teplitsky oversees the human resources strategy and programs for New York Public Radio. In this role she leads a team responsible for recruiting, compensation, benefits, engagement and retention, diversity and inclusion, training and employee relations.
Teplitsky brings over fifteen years of HR experience in the areas of organizational design, change management, strategic staffing, employee relations, performance management, management training and coaching. Most recently she led the global Human Resources function at MongoDB, a leader in the leading NoSQL database. Before joining MongoDB, she worked for eight years at Endurance Specialty Holdings Ltd, a global provider of specialty insurance and reinsurance products in the property and casualty market, where she provided a full range of HR services to the various business groups. Teplitsky spent over six years at digital advertising giant DoubleClick (a division of Google, Inc.) where she held multiple HR roles. She started her career on the recruiting team at Dewey Ballantine LLC.
Teplitsky holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Barnard College and a master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University.
She lives in the Bronx with her husband and three children.
