For people with health insurance plans they bought on the New York State Affordable Care Act exchange, doctor choice can be limited and none of the plans offer out-of-network coverage. WNYC reporter Fred Mogul explains that while these narrow networks might keep costs down, some customers aren't happy with the doctors they can choose from. And, New York State just announced it still won't require out of network coverage next year.
