
Judith Sloan, director of EarSay's Cross-Cultural Dialogue Through the Arts and libretto author of “1001 Voices: A Symphony for a New America,” and Sophia McGee, member of the Queens College Choral Society and the director of the Center for Ethnic, Religious and Racial Understanding at Queens College, discuss the multimedia oratorio being performed by the Queens College Choral Society, which looks back at 300 years of migration and presents a counter-narrative to the current rhetoric about immigrants, refugees and diversity.
