More than a century after Fort Lee, New Jersey, served as the original mecca of American film production, Gov. Phil Murphy is touting his administration's move to lure studios back to the Garden State.

"Film production is becoming our, 'If we build it, they will come' moment," he said recently.

Murphy is offering tax breaks to studios like Lionsgate, which is building a massive new facility in Newark's South Ward. Will New Jersey's biggest city become the next Hollywood? We'll discuss that, plus the state budget and your questions.
