Ask Governor Murphy: No-interest loans for NJ students, federal debt relief, the green economy and more

Earlier this month, New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy unveiled a $12.5 million program called "Pay it Forward" that's offering no-interest loans and other services to community college students entering fields that are in high demand, such as health care and cybersecurity.

"What we are going to announce today is one of kind," Murphy said. "It doesn’t exist anywhere in the united states of America nor anywhere in the world."
