Change-Makers: Reconnecting Bed-Stuy Men to Good Jobs

Father Jim O'Shea and other members of Reconnect Brooklyn, which connects young men in Bedford Stuyvesant to jobs training and employment.

As part of our Change-Makers Series, Father Jim O’Shea talks about his organization Reconnect Brooklyn, along with Efrain Hernandez, co-founder of Reconnect, and Shawn Moody, a young man employed at Reconnect's screen printing shop. Father Jim founded Reconnect to help disconnected young men in the Bedford Stuyvesant community seek employment and continue their education.
