Flooding is still a MAJOR issue in Hoboken even in a short period of heavy rain. Are there any existing mitigation systems? If so- they do not appear effective.

@BrianLehrer The destruction of wetlands in coastal NJ (& everywhere else in US) has massively exacerbated flooding. Many of these flood-prevention projects would have been unnecessary (or much smaller) if the wetlands had all been left alone
