The Mayor Takes His Progressive Pitch National

Mayor de Blasio unveiled his progressive policy agenda yesterday, which he called the "Contract With America," outside the U.S. Capitol building in Washington, D.C. Howard Dean, the former governor of Vermont and 2004 presidential candidate, and Rep. Yvette Clarke (D-N.Y.), discuss the agenda, as the mayor continues to tout it on a national stage with their support.
"It's not very liberal; this is middle-of-the-road stuff," says @GovHowardDean on the Contract With America, specifically Universal Pre-K.
