Theo Bleckmann is a new music composer and Grammy-nominated singer who has arranged Kraftwerk, Kate Bush, Weimar art songs, and songs by Charles Ives (with jazz/rock collective Kneebody.) He worked with Meredith Monk and Vocal Ensemble for more than 15 years and experiments with electronics and extending the voice. Lately, Bleckmann has released a record of improvisatory music with musician and producer Joseph Branciforte, and appeared in an all-star trio at the 2020 On Air Fest with guitarist Ben Monder and pianist/programmer Dan Tepfer.
