Richard Cohen and Meredith Vieira on Living with Multiple Sclerosis

When he was 25 years old, New York Times bestselling author Richard Cohen was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. His book Chasing Hope: A Patient's Deep Dive into Stem Cells, Faith, and the Future chronicles his decades of harsh treatments and invasive therapies. It also reveals Cohen's experience with a pioneering stem cell protocol, which allowed him to open himself to the possibility of hope for the first time in his adult life. Cohen, who is now legally blind, is joined by his wife, journalist and broadcaster Meredith Vieira.
Richard Cohen will be in conversation with Meredith Vieira and Dr. Oz on May 7 at 7:30 pm at the 92Y (1395 Lexington Avenue).
This segment is guest hosted by Duarte Geraldino.
