This program from Radio Moscow investigates the involvement of the United States in Vietnam compared to the story told by the "propagandists from the state department."

The host asserts that the US and France are continuing colonialist practices in the area not unlike the Fascist Italian Military occupation in Ethiopia. This occupation is effecting relationships between the US and other countries, "you cannot build up such relations by saddling puppet regimes on others and interfering in their affairs with armed might."

The South Vietnam Liberation Front [FULRO?] is described as the group that represents the nation, "it insists that there be no alien meddling in South Vietnam's affairs. It promises land to the peasants, a democratic government, peaceful unification, and stronger independence."

The United States is criticized for using "weapons and methods forbidden by international law," such as napalm gas and scorched earth tactics, which will effect its foreign relations with the Soviet Union.

[Most likely recorded in the mid-1960s]
