From Dyker Heights to Pelham Parkway, A Tour Of the City's Best-Lit Homes

Many New York City homeowners decorate their homes with several modest strings of lights during the holiday season, but there are some who take it to a whole different level.

From a Brooklyn, Canarsie home that's so bright it can be spotted from eight blocks away to the over-the-top Christmas displays covering the mansions of Dyker Heights to the quirky Grabedian House in the Bronx (which features almost 200 robotic dancing models), WNYC took a tour of the city's most talked-about, tricked-out, lit-up homes. Check out the slideshow below to see images of singing reindeer, rotating Ferris wheels, 15-foot-tall nutcrackers, neon nativity scenes, and of course, lots and lots of lights.
